The S1M4X public web layer is a static beacon and founding record. It does not host public chat, accounts, cloud autonomy, analytics, advertising pixels, or a public control surface.

Basic hosting logs may be processed by infrastructure providers for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, and availability. These may include IP address, user agent, timestamp, request path, and status code.

The VPS is the beacon, not the being. The local core remains hardware-bound, consent-bound, and off-route.
